We Do This Because It's Our Families
Who Are The Victims
We fight telephone fraud because it is our own families who are targeted and attacked by telephone fraudsters, and yours.
The most prized target of all telephone scammers are senior citizens who are suffering early-onset dementia, family members who live alone and have limited human contact with others, and family members who have mental disabilities. Our researchers have found time and time again that the longest call-times with telephone fraudsters occur when the researcher is posing as an elderly person or with a learning disability. It is these victims who we have in our hearts as we are working the phones.
Hanging Up Does Not Stop The Calls
Robocallers already know your phone is working
before you even pick up
The modern telephone system relies on digital switches that return a lot more information than the old telephone relay switches from the 1970s. When any robocaller places a telephone call they get a signal straight away whether your handset is ringing and alive. This happens before you even have any shot at dismissing the call on your cell phone.
Robocallers already know your phone works. So, what's the next best option? Making the robocaller wish they had never called you.
5 Billion Robocalls
It's Time To Return The Traffic
From Where It Came
Our telephone researchers are ordinary people from all walks of life who have grown sick and tired of robocalls, particularly from scammers. We're tired of waiting for government action that seems to never come. We're tired of waiting for the telecom companies to stop it. And we're tired of seeing one VOIP company after another one quietly provide assistance and safe-habor to illegal robodialers who harass us 24-hours a day. So we have formed a telecom company of our own, we are hiding on the telecom network and we are using the same tools and technology that robocallers use to harass the ever-loving crap out of scammers.
We Love Robocalls
Is The Worst Advice
The FCC and Ofcom (that's the FCC that's in the UK) give the worst advice about the onslaught of robocalls: just hang up the phone. That's not what we do. We are scambaiters and we love it when robocalls reach our phones. We call back. And we keep calling. And we call some more. We tie up phone lines and keep agents busy and unproductive. We send phone agents on long sob stories that make no sense and laugh every time a telephone scammer gets pissed and yells "you're wasting my time!"
